Happy 3rd Birthday!

Today is my blog birthday!

The Fierce Glamour is 3 years old!

I can’t believe how fast it seems to have gone. It kind of gets lost on the shuffle of Christmas, but I never forget it! As other bloggers can probably agree, I feel like this blog is one of my best friends. I spend a lot of time and thought on content, posts, pictures, and where it is going. Each year brings a little more growth. This year:

I’ve participated in some big fashion challenges “Bloggers Do It Better” and “IFB Challenges“
You’ve seen more outfit posts.
I hosted my first giveaway and my first Link-up post.
My posts are now featured on BSCENEmag.com.

You’ll see a lot more stuff to come this next year. Better content that’s fresh for you and fun for me to write. I’m hoping to attend the Texas Style Council, feature guest posts, do more product reviews, and host more giveaways. I look forward to an even better future for The Fierce Glamour and hope you stay along for the ride. Most of all, thank YOU for clicking on my little home of the web and staying interested! I appreciate it!

Am I classified as “Grown Up” now?

As I sit here and write this, I’m staring at three Mylar “Happy Birthday” balloons tied to a chair, my dog passed out in a little ball, and a Brittany Murphy movie on in the background. Hello, world, it’s me. The new 25 year old me. Well, not really new, but me. I’m 25! weird. Shouldn’t I feel like a grown up now?

This past week was my birthday and its been one of the best so far! It turned into an almost week long celebration and involved lots of clothes and jewelry as presents! (You’ll see them all here eventually, including this killer necklace in seafoam green!) I also got business cards (shipping soon from moo!!) for the blog, for my birthday! Is that when you know you’re an adult? When you are excited for business cards for your birthday? I got to spend it with the best family and friends a girl could ask for. So that’s been my weekend!

P.S. A shopping spree in your favorite store with one of your best friends ain’t so bad either!

Today is Fierce Glamour Blog’s 1st Birthday!

Whoo-hoo! Hooray! Whoopee!

We made it an entire year! And we’ve come so far along!

Here’s a few highlights of the past year:

Became a Shine Beauty Guru!

Made it through 2 fashion weeks!

Added more ways to follow: Twitter, Facebook, and Myspace!

Made it through multiple holidays, facing wardrobe dilemmas!

went a month without buying, sort of !

fell in love with writing Quick Style Guides!

We have endured bumps and bruises, as I’ve tried to figure out what works, and most of all what YOU want to read! Sure we’ll endure plenty more and have got a long way to go. But let’s celebrate today! I will be having a contest later today on facebook with 5 winners. Stay tuned for that!
